Where is my driver?
Please refer back to your confirmation email as this holds the info you need to meet your driver at the airport
What time is my pickup?
Your confirmation email contains an estimated pickup time. This is confirmed the day before each transfer via SMS at approx. 16:00 CET, along with your driver’s name and contact number.
Can I pay the driver cash or by credit card?
All final payments MUST be made at least 48 hours before the first transfer. Our drivers do not accept cash or take card payments in the vehicle.
Can I make amendments to the booking?
Yes, you can. All amendments must be made at least 24 hours before the transfer. These need to be made by the named person on the booking and include the booking reference number. The first amendment is given free of charge, further changes after this are charged at €35 per amendment.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We offer a free wait period of 90 mins for private transfers. After this, a charge of €25 per hour will be added to your booking to cover driver costs, parking charges etc.
Can we stop at a supermarket?
Yes, you can. We offer a free 30 minute supermarket stop, after this we charge €25 per 30 minutes. We also suggest a “click and collect” shop and can send you a link for this. Supermarket stops must be prearranged and cannot be requested on the day of travel.
What happens if there is bad weather?
If we pre-empt bad weather, we will bring the pickup time forward to give more time for your transfer. Bad weather slows everything down and we want to get you to the airport in plenty of time!
What is the difference between a “private” and a “shared” transfer?
A private transfer is for your party alone. A shared transfer is booked as a seat on a bus. Shared transfers leave at a specified time, they cannot wait if you are delayed and are not transferable. We will though, try to get you onto the next available shared transfer if possible within 24 hours.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes, we do. Infant/child seats are provided free of charge and can be requested at the time of booking.
How do I know what time to put on the booking form?
The form asks for your FLIGHT times, not what time you think you need picking up from resort or from the airport. Please only add the exact time your flight ARRIVES/DEPARTS and our system will then work out your pick up time for you.
What vehicle will we be travelling in?
Our fleet of 8 seater minibuses consist of VW Caravelles, Mercedes Vitos and Renault Traffics. For our prestige service we use Mercedes V-Class which can seat up to 7 passengers.
What do I do in an emergency?
Once you have paid and booked in, the confirmation email will give you our 24 hour emergency phone number.
What is the difference between “instant confirmation” and “response within 24 hours”?
If we have lots of space in our schedule, you can book straight away on the website, with instant confirmation. If we are nearly fully booked, the website will only let you send us an enquiry through. We will then check this against the schedule and get back to you within 24 hours with our availability.
Can we take the motorway?
Yes, you can. If you would prefer to use the peage we charge an extra €30 to pay the tolls. This must be requested at least 24 hours before the transfer so we can send out the payment link.
How much luggage can I bring?
We can safely allow each passenger to bring one luggage bag not exceeding 23kg (this is classed as “hold luggage”) OR one ski/snowboard bag. Each passenger can also bring one piece of small hand luggage.
What if I have more luggage?
- Extra pieces of large luggage and ski/board bags are liable to an extra charge of €12.50 per piece of luggage. If an excessive amount of luggage is brought by the whole group in one vehicle, a trailer must by hired at the price €75.00 per direction to accommodate the excess luggage.
